Thank you for shopping with Deal Mah. We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and securely across India.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation or order verification.
- Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details (where available).
Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver to most locations across India.
If your delivery address is not serviceable, we will notify you and issue a full refund for any prepaid order.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 2–3 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 3–6 business days
- Remote or Rural Areas: Delivery may take 5–8 business days, depending on courier availability.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
- Free shipping may be available on selected products or during promotional campaigns.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible products and serviceable PIN codes.
We reserve the right to disable COD for certain products or locations if required.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where available). You can use this to monitor your shipment.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery according to their standard procedures.
If a customer refuses delivery or is unavailable after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to the supplier. Repeated order refusals may lead to restrictions on future COD orders.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. Deal Mah is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery date with your order number and supporting photos (if applicable). We'll work with our courier partners to resolve the issue promptly.
