Return & Refund Policy

At Deal Mah, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a return, email us with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Refunds

Once your return request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be made to your bank account or UPI ID within 5–7 business days after approval.

Replacements

Where available, we may provide a replacement instead of a refund for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds are generally not accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or color selected by the customer
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Requests made after the return window has expired
